Rocky Mountain Transport Services provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for individuals requiring travel assistance to and from medical facilities, healthcare appointments, and other related destinations within our service areas. We strive to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to our clients and make every effort to accommodate their unique needs and preferences. However, our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not provide medical services or emergency medical treatment during transportation.

3. User Eligibility
Service users must be individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors under the age of 18 or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our transportation services are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through various methods, which are detailed on our website. Full payment is required prior to pick-up, and services will not be scheduled until payment is confirmed. Refer to our Pricing Policy for further information.

5. Scheduling Agreement
By scheduling transportation services with Rocky Mountain Transport Services, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This agreement forms a binding contract between the Customer and Rocky Mountain Transport Services upon the confirmation of a scheduled service.

6. Cancellations
Be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a cancellation fee.

7. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including unauthorized access to data, systems, or networks.

8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.

9. Modifications to Service

By scheduling transportation services or inquiring about an appointment with Rocky Mountain Transport Services, the Customer consents to receive pre-scheduled transportation reminders and updates about their service, as well as inquiries regarding satisfaction and service feedback through text messages and phone calls. This consent includes the use of automated systems or software to provide call or text messages, and as such, may result in charges to the Customer from their service provider.

Note: The Customer has the right to opt-out of receiving text messages or calls from Rocky Mountain Transport Services at any time. To opt-out, the Customer may text us “STOP” or “OPT OUT” to (951) 901-0514. The Customer may also opt out by emailing mel@rmtransportservice.com with the subject line “STOP” or “OPT OUT.”

Acknowledgment of Terms

It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they are medically stable and fit to travel, and we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider prior to using our services. Rocky Mountain Transport Services reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with our policies. We are not responsible for missed appointments or delays and are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during transportation, except as required by law. By scheduling services, Customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
